QA/QC Introduction
Quality and Safety is our first priority.we are following a strict and completed quality inspection & control system, which control the whole production process from raw material to finished products exported.
1) All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities.
2)During production, our quality control team is inspecting the production lines all the time.
3)Finished products before packing, there is a thoroughly inspeciton when each piece has to pass the critical eye of our QC managers.

Description: Highly sensitive needle detection machine. Eight sensor zones with indication lamps. All our plush toys need to pass needle detector machine 3 times before packing.
